Link your Zalo Official Account to the AI Travel Concierge by DM2find so Vietnamese travelers can reach you directly via Zalo.

This connection is only available for registered DM2find partners. Please make sure you have an active DM2find account before proceeding. If you haven't signed up yet, contact us first.

With Vietnam's rapidly growing outbound tourism market, connecting your Zalo Official Account ensures Vietnamese travelers can reach you in their preferred app — both domestically and internationally.

📋 What you need before starting

  • A Zalo Official Account
    Register at oa.zalo.me if you don't have one yet
  • Your Zalo Official Account ID
    Found in Zalo OA Manager → Settings → Official Account ID
  • Your city slug provided by DM2find

🧪 How to test after connecting

  1. Open Zalo on your phone
  2. Search for your Official Account by name or ID
  3. Tap Follow if not already following
  4. Send a message like "Xin chào" (Hello) from a different Zalo account
  5. The AI Travel Concierge should respond within seconds ✅

⚠️ Important: Always test from a different Zalo account — not the account that manages the Official Account. Users must follow your Official Account before they can send messages.
