Include country code (+31…). Must have Voice enabled in Twilio.
Primary language your AI voice agent will respond in.

Create a free ElevenLabs account, browse the Voice Library, pick a voice that matches your destination's character, then copy the Voice ID below.

1. Sign up via the button above 2. Go to Voices → Voice Library 3. Click your chosen voice → Copy Voice ID
Found in ElevenLabs → Voices → click your voice → Voice ID tab.
Your WhatsApp Business account will be connected via Meta's secure authorisation flow. You'll need admin access to your WhatsApp Business Account.
