Connect your LINE Official Account

Link your LINE Official Account to the AI Travel Concierge by DM2find so travelers can reach you directly via LINE.

⚠️ Before you connect

This connection is only available for registered DM2find partners. Please make sure you have an active DM2find account before proceeding. If you don’t have an active account yet, please request your destination slug via our request destination slug page first.

📋 What you need before starting

  • A LINE Official Account (not a personal account)
  • Access to your LINE Developers Console
  • A Messaging API channel created
  • Your Channel Access Token (long-lived)
  • Your Channel Secret (used to verify incoming webhooks)
  • The webhook URL configured in your LINE Developers Console
You will have received this from DM2find — set it under Messaging API → Webhook settings before connecting
  • Auto-reply disabled in LINE Official Account Manager
    Settings → Response settings → Auto-reply → Disabled

🔍 Don’t know where to find your token and secret? Click here

Channel Access Token

  1. Go to developers.line.biz
  2. Select your provider → your channel
  3. Click the Messaging API tab
  4. Scroll to Channel access token
  5. Click Issue if no token exists yet
  6. Copy the full token

Channel Secret

  1. In the same channel, click the Basic settings tab
  2. Scroll to Channel secret
  3. Copy the value (32-character string)

The Channel Secret is required so DM2find can verify that incoming messages genuinely come from LINE and are addressed to your account.

🧪 How to test after connecting

  1. Open LINE on your phone
  2. Search for your LINE Official Account by name or ID
  3. Tap Add Friend if not already added
  4. Send a message like “Hello”
  5. The AI Travel Concierge should respond within seconds ✅

⚠️ Note: Make sure Auto-reply is disabled in LINE Official Account Manager → Settings → Response settings, otherwise your bot and LINE’s auto-reply will conflict.

⚠️ Important: Test by sending a message from a different LINE account — not the account that manages the Official Account.

Your destination slug was provided by DM2find when you signed up.
