Connect your KakaoTalk Channel

Link your KakaoTalk Business Channel to the AI Travel Concierge by DM2find so Korean travelers can reach you directly via KakaoTalk.

This connection is only available for registered DM2find partners. Please make sure you have an active DM2find account before proceeding. If you haven't signed up yet, contact us first.

📋 What you need before starting

  • A KakaoTalk Business Channel (카카오톡 채널)
    Create one at business.kakao.com
  • A KakaoTalk Business Channel (카카오톡 채널)
    Create one at business.kakao.com if you don't have one yet
  • Your KakaoTalk Channel ID
    Found in KakaoTalk Channel Admin → Settings → Channel ID
  • Your destination slug provided by DM2find

🧪 How to test after connecting

  1. Open KakaoTalk on your phone
  2. Search for your Business Channel by name or Channel ID
  3. Tap Add Channel (채널 추가) if not already added
  4. Send a message like "안녕하세요" (Hello)
  5. The AI Travel Concierge should respond within seconds ✅

⚠️ Note: Users must add your KakaoTalk Channel before messaging. Share your Channel ID or QR code with travelers to help them find you.

⚠️ Important: Test by sending a message from a different KakaoTalk account — not the account that manages the Channel. Add the Channel first by searching for your Channel ID, then send "안녕하세요" (Hello).
