Link your WhatsApp Business number to the AI Travel Concierge by DM2find so travelers can reach you directly via WhatsApp.

This connection is only available for registered DM2find partners. Please make sure you have an active DM2find account before proceeding. If you haven't signed up yet, contact us first.

📋 What you need before starting

  • A Facebook Business account
  • A phone number dedicated to WhatsApp Business
    This number cannot be actively used on personal WhatsApp
  • Your destination slug provided by DM2find

🧪 How to test after connecting

  1. Open WhatsApp on your phone
  2. Start a new chat with your WhatsApp Business number
  3. Send a message like "Hello"
  4. The AI Travel Concierge should respond within seconds ✅

⚠️ Note: Make sure your WhatsApp Business number is not actively used on a personal WhatsApp account — a number can only be registered on one at a time.

⚠️ Important: Test by sending a message from a different phone number — not the WhatsApp Business number you just connected. Your WhatsApp Business number cannot message itself.
