EventFlow collects, enriches and delivers structured event data from any source worldwide — automatically — so your AI Travel Concierge always has the right answer.
The problem
DMOs across Europe and North America are deploying AI Travel Concierges — and hitting the same wall.
Events live across dozens of ticketing platforms, venue websites, Facebook pages and local databases — with no single feed.
Generic category tags can’t answer “something romantic and indoors for a rainy Sunday with a €15 budget.” AI concierges need 20+ dimensions to reason well.
Descriptions exist in one language. International visitors and global AI agents need instant translation into 40+ languages.
Editorial teams spend hours keeping event calendars up to date. Missed events means your concierge says “I don’t know” — the one answer no visitor wants.
How it works
EventFlow is a fully automated pipeline. Once connected, your event feed updates continuously — no editorial effort required.
Our open-source Connector SDK links to any event platform — REST APIs, GraphQL, iCal feeds, CSV imports, or custom web scrapers. Add a new source in hours, not weeks.
Every incoming event is automatically deduplicated, geocoded, entity-extracted and validated. Language is detected, dates are normalised to ISO 8601, and quality scores flag anything that needs attention.
Our AI taxonomy engine adds 20 dimensions to every event — aligned to ENTS and schema.org — covering mood, visitor intent, audience type, weather suitability, energy level, accessibility and more. Then it auto-translates into 40+ languages.
Events are delivered as structured JSON-LD plus semantic vector embeddings — ready to plug directly into your DM2find AI Travel Concierge RAG pipeline. Your concierge can now answer intent-based queries like a local expert.
The taxonomy
Every event gets enriched with dimensions your AI concierge can actually reason with — not just filter on.
“The success of AI in tourism depends on data. AI understands the question. Structured destination data provides the answer.”
