AI Travel Concierge – Data Deletion Instructions (for Meta apps)

Our application provides automated responses to messages sent to Instagram Business accounts and Facebook Pages using the Meta Messaging APIs.

The application does not store personal user data, except for the minimal profile information required by the platform to deliver and respond to messages. Incoming messages are processed in real time to generate automated responses.

The content of messages may be analysed in an anonymised form (without profile identifiers) in order to help our customers understand the nature of visitor questions and evaluate the quality of the responses provided by the system.

Requesting Data Deletion

If a user wishes to request deletion of any data associated with their interaction, they may contact us using the details below. Any logs or temporary records related to the request will be removed within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.

Please include the following information:

Your Instagram or Facebook username

The date of the interaction (if known)

The destination or account you interacted with

Upon receiving the request, we will verify the information and remove any related temporary records.

If no records are found, we will confirm that no personal data is stored by the application.
