Connect your voice channel

All credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data.

What you'll need: a Twilio phone number in your destination's country, plus your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token. Your number will be linked to a destination-specific AI voice agent.

Create your own ElevenLabs account — you'll be billed directly for voice usage. Pick a voice for your destination and generate an API key.

1. Sign up via the button above 2. Go to Voices → Voice Library → pick your voice → copy Voice ID 3. Go to Profile → API Keys → Generate → copy your API key

ElevenLabs Voice ID* Found in ElevenLabs → Voices → click your voice → Voice ID tab.

ElevenLabs API Key* Found in ElevenLabs → Profile → API Keys. This is used to create your voice agent and is stored securely.

Once connected, call your Twilio number to test your voice concierge. It should greet you in your chosen language.

Your WhatsApp Business account (WABA) will be connected via Meta's secure authorisation flow. You'll need admin access to your WABA.

Note: This must be a dedicated WhatsApp number on your WABA — separate from any number already used for text messaging. Your existing messaging channel is not affected.
